"Sea Watch"
3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Microwave, dishwasher, 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD, wireless internet, electric log fireplace, gas BBQ, hot tub, and a spacious deck with great ocean views and seating. The upstairs floor is the main part of the house which includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, sitting room half-bath and deck. The 3 bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, are located downstairs on the ground floor. The hot tub is also downstairs off the master bedroom on a very private deck.

  we have had an extended stay in Cambria for over 12 years. this is our favorite house and we have been in some impressive houses. House was impeccably clean when we arrived, the fridge was spotless and a couple of the jets in the spa that had been out had been repaired- spa was great. for a beach home with full window floor to ceiling facing west it is able to control the afternoon temps well (some can get a bit warm due to less than stellar air movement). downstairs (bedrooms) is always cool and great for sleeping, the two front bedroom windows are easily close enough to hear the surf well if you want that experience.. nothing needs to change/improve

  Our dispersed family was not able to come home for Christmas this year so we rented this spacious and open-feel house for an early Christmas together. The place was immaculate and nicely furnished, especially the kitchen. It was highly recommended by several that we ought to make this a regular tradition. Just a word to future renters, every amenity is provided except bath body wash soap and shampoo. We just bought some at the local grocery store. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Also close to the beach for walks and collecting stuff washed up on the shore.

  Requested an umbrella to use on the deck and they were more than happy to supply it. It made a world of difference when on the deck in the sun. This place is always so clean and the owners had made some furniture upgrades. Very nice. We've rented this place 3 or four times now. Just beautiful.
  Weather was perfect. Upper sixties to mid seventies. Perfect for fall and enjoying the deck and views. September can be hot, but we were pleasantly surprised.

  We enjoyed this home and it’s beautiful location with our son, his wife and 16 year old granddaughter. Everyone had their own room and en-suite bathroom which was especially nice with a teenager.
  It was so relaxing sitting on the top story watching ocean biologicals as we refer to anything moving in the ocean. Peaceful and serene! The kitchen area had everything needed but we actually only prepared breakfast each morning and enjoyed local restaurants for the most part.
  The dining room and “office” area were special as the furnishings reminded me of the Golden Girls with a tropical vibe.
  Home was immaculate, close proximity to ocean and felt like it was home for the three nights there.

  My oldest daughter and I spent 5 days here during the worst storm of the decade. You would think that would be a bad experience, but it was wonderful. We were able to relax, enjoy the view, cook and go for walks in between the rain to view the changing landscape. The property is even more beautiful than the description, very clean and so close to the ocean (which I absolutely loved!) We enjoyed the Moonstone Grill and Las Cambritas restaurants but mostly we enjoyed staying in and cooking whatever we wanted. We hope to return again as soon as we can find openings!

  From the moment we arrived Monday evening it was the perfect vacation. It was easy to pick up the keys and arrive at our house for the week. Sea Watch has everything you need. The house is situated perfectly. Whether you are sitting on the deck or sitting inside with the big picture windows it is made for gazing out at the sea. The house is lovely, comfortable, and has a great kitchen.
  We enjoyed long walks everyday. We had delicious food and wine from Robins, The French Bakery, and True Earth. A nice surprise was the night sky from the deck! Shooting stars and the Milky Way were very visible while we were there. Thank you Sea Watch!

  Our family got recharged here on our four night stay. Beautiful location: could sit on the deck and inhale ocean air/watch waves/rest to the hum of the crashing sea for days! We took many walks and enjoyed meals from Cambria restaurants and cooked a few meals in the well-appointed kitchen.
  
  The desk with office chair and electrical outlets was a big plus to do half-days of work while on vacation.

  I rented this house recently for the 4th time over 5 years for our annual trip (the pandemic precluded 2020). We love this house, it is (almost) perfect with one exception: The HVAC system only services the lower bedroom level. With all the windows (which give fab views), it can get very hot upstairs. Most of the time, it is very manageable with open windows and the dining room fan, so don't let it deter you, just be aware. The deck is spectacular giving 270o views while you sip your wine at sunset. And in the morning, you are situated perfectly to meander (or power walk) the bluffs of Fiscalini. On this trip, the hot tub wouldn't heat, but we called and it was quickly fixed the next day. 100% recommended!

The three day drive from Washington was fraught with mixed cleanliness and COVID precautions. Walking into the sparkling clean house, faintly smelling of disinfectant was a joy. Added bonus, our 50th anniversary and poppy season - priceless. Nearby Fiscilini Ranch walks restored our faith in the future.

It is just a short walk to the water, however, it is not a beach, you still have to drive to get to the beach. There is a great walking trail nearby though that goes right along the cliff side.   My friends and I have been renting Sea Watch every year for almost 10 years. It's the perfect home for R&R and is very accommodating for a group of 4-6. We cook our own meals here,as the kitchen is well appointed. The views are awesome, and the area is quiet, just the way we like it. I wish that I could stay there more than once a year, its rejuvenating. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of umbrella or shade option on the deck/patio, as the full sun during the day can make it too warm to sit out there and enjoy for any extended period of time. I give this home 5 stars all day, and can't wait to return again to Sea Watch!

  House was clean and perfect. Stayed here last year because I can get my small fishing boat and both my truck and wife's car in the driveway. At one point we dropped something on the dining room floor (tile). My wife used a paper towel to wipe it up and the towel came back with no sign of dirt - that is a crazy clean floor. all amenities are as stated.

  This is a great house for a family with adult children as each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One downside is one of the bedrooms has twin beds that are a bit small for taller adults. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cook or bake almost anything. There is a nice deck with a bbq in the front of the house. Although the house is very clean, but it is a bit worn and faded. A bit of updating would be nice.

  This was a high girlfriends trip - 5 of us - that we take annually in July! We cannot say enough about this property! It has three bedrooms on the 1st floor with a large open plan with kitchen on the second floor. The deck is on the front in order to enjoy the ocean views!!! Kitchen was well stocked even had an immersion blender to make gazpacho. My friends liked the place so much that they stated I need to make all future reservations for our trips!!! It is 1 block from beach and has a gorgeous panoramic view from deck and front room. If you enjoy cooking, this home has the best equipped kitchen of all the rentals we’ve stayed in. It sleeps 6 comfortably and all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom upstairs. You will not be disappointed choosing this home. Cambria Vacation Rentals has always done an impeccable job of cleaning but this home could have been a bit cleaner (my wife is a total cleany and very particular). That said it was still nice and we will be back. The layout and ventilation is impeccable (western facing homes can get a bit warm in the afternoon) and the spa off the master is perfect. The view is fantastic. The parking space is rare and exceptional (I bring my fishing boat with us and normally have to rent a spot 30 miles from where we stay).

  There were 3 couples and each had their own bathroom in their room which is one of the best features of this house along with the ocean front view. A couple of the downsides is the requirement to rent for 5 days. It would be nice to change it to 3 days plus.
  This house is well stocked so all you need to bring is your food and clothes. We have stayed here for 2 years in a row and highly recommend it. Having to walk up and down the stairs may present a problem to some that have a problem with stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, especially comfortable for family or couples as the kitchen is big enough for more than one cook, dining area large and two large rooms for conversation, not to mention a large deck. Ocean views are limited, but you definitely hear the ocean at all times. Quiet neighborhood and very brief walk to the beach. Wish I could have brought my pet for those walks on Fiscalini Ranch.
